Uygulama açıldığında ve Ayarlar › Tarifleri Güncelle'ye bastığınızda, tariflerimizin durduğu GitHub deposuna (GitHub, Inc.) bağlanıp yeni ve düzeltilmiş tarifleri ve görsellerini indirir. Bu istekte sizinle ilgili hiçbir bilgi gönderilmez; yalnızca hangi tarif dosyalarının değiştiği sorulur.
Her internet bağlantısında olduğu gibi GitHub, isteği yanıtlayabilmek için cihazınızın IP adresini ve cihaz türü gibi standart bağlantı bilgilerini görür ve bunları kendi gizlilik bildirimine göre işler. Bu kayıtlara bizim erişimimiz yoktur. Uygulama bunun dışında hiçbir bağlantı kurmaz.
İndirilen tarifler yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Ayarlar › İndirilen Tarifleri Kaldır ile silebilirsiniz.
Favorileriniz, alışveriş listeniz, haftalık planınız, çalışan sayaçlarınız, kaldığınız tarif ve adım ile görünüm ve dil tercihleriniz yalnızca cihazınızda, uygulamanın kendi alanında saklanır. Bu bilgiler bize ya da üçüncü bir tarafa gönderilmez; iCloud senkronu da yoktur.
Cihazınızın iCloud ya da bilgisayar yedeğini açtıysanız bu bilgiler sistem tarafından cihaz yedeğinize dahil edilebilir. Yedekler Apple'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir.
Bir tarifi ya da alışveriş listesini Paylaş düğmesiyle gönderdiğinizde içerik yalnızca sizin seçtiğiniz uygulamaya (Mesajlar, Notlar vb.) aktarılır. O uygulamanın gizlilik kuralları geçerlidir.
Kaldığınız yeri kartını kaydırarak, alışveriş listesini ve favorileri kendi ekranlarındaki ⋯ menüsünden, indirilen tarifleri Ayarlar › İndirilen Tarifleri Kaldır ile silebilirsiniz. Uygulamayı cihazdan kaldırmak her şeyi siler.
Uygulama kimseden veri toplamadığı için 13 yaş altındaki çocuklardan da veri toplamaz.
Kişisel verilerinizi işlemiyor ve hiçbir yerde saklamıyoruz; bu yüzden 6698 sayılı KVKK ya da GDPR kapsamında sizin adınıza tuttuğumuz bir veri yoktur. Haklarınızla ilgili sorularınız için bize yazabilirsiniz.
Bu politika değişirse yeni metin uygulama güncellemesiyle ve bu sayfada, güncelleme tarihiyle birlikte yayımlanır. Veri toplamaya başlayan bir değişiklik olursa bu önceden açıkça bildirilir.

In short: Tarif Defterim collects no personal data. There is no account, and the app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking technology. The advertising identifier (IDFA) is never accessed. The app goes online only to check for new recipes.
When the app opens and when you tap Settings › Update Recipes, it connects to the GitHub repository (GitHub, Inc.) where our recipes are kept and downloads new and corrected recipes and their pictures. The request contains no information about you; it only asks which recipe files have changed.
As with any internet connection, GitHub sees your device's IP address and standard connection details such as the device type in order to answer the request, and handles them under its own privacy statement. We have no access to these records. The app makes no other connection.
Downloaded recipes are stored only on your device. You can delete them with Settings › Remove Downloaded Recipes.
Your favourites, shopping list, weekly plan, running timers, the recipe and step you left off at, and your display and language preferences are stored only on your device, inside the app's own container. They are never sent to us or to any third party, and there is no iCloud sync.
If you have iCloud or computer backups turned on, the system may include this data in your device backup. Backups are governed by Apple's privacy policy.
When you use the Share button on a recipe or your shopping list, the content goes only to the app you choose (Messages, Notes, etc.), whose own privacy terms then apply.
You can clear your last-viewed recipe by swiping its card, your shopping list and favorites from the ⋯ menu on their screens, and downloaded recipes with Settings › Remove Downloaded Recipes. Deleting the app removes everything.
Because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects none from children under 13.
We do not process or store any personal data about you, so we hold no data about you under the GDPR or Turkey's KVKK. Write to us with any questions about your rights.
If this policy changes, the new text ships with an app update and is posted here with its date. Any change that would start collecting data will be announced clearly in advance.
